The designer will manage client imagery across communication and marketing activities, creating original visual and video content for social media and the web. They will be responsible for the entire process from brief to final delivery to increase brand engagement and impact.
Responsibilities
- Create graphic and video assets for clients’ digital and social media communications
- Develop original visual concepts that align with brand identity and project objectives
- Produce Instagram and LinkedIn posts, stories, reels, infographics, and data visualizations
- Edit and post‑produce video content for various digital channels
- Collaborate with strategists, project managers, copywriters, and advertising specialists
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high quality and on‑time delivery
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of design trends, platform specifications, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Visual or Graphic Designer in digital agencies, communication firms, or as a freelancer
- Advanced proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and PowerPoint
- Strong command of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and layout
- Ability to translate briefs into coherent concepts, look & feel, and creative proposals
- Expertise in creating visual content for Instagram and LinkedIn, including graphics, presentations, pitch decks, infographics, and data visualizations
- High-quality video editing and post‑production skills for reels and digital channels
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, formats, visual trends, and audience consumption habits (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
- Creativity, proactivity, and adaptability to different visual languages and industries
- Reliability, teamwork, organizational autonomy, multi‑project management, attention to detail and deadlines
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for visual or video creation is a plus
