Lead the development of performance-driven advertising and social media content for platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok. Manage the entire creative process from conceptualization to execution, ensuring all assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Responsibilities
- Produce static, video and carousel ad creative optimized for Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and the D2C website
- Design singleâimage ads, carousel frames, banners and organic social graphics
- Collaborate with Head of Performance Marketing to develop briefs and test variations
- Work with Catalogue Manager to ensure brand voice and product accuracy
- Edit raw footage and images from creators into platformâready assets
- Stay updated on US paidâsocial creative trends and hooks
- Maintain an organized library of raw and edited assets
- Optionally shoot product and lifestyle photography/video to reduce vendor reliance
Requirements
- 4â6 years of creative production experience
- Strong portfolio of static ad designs and performance video content
- Experience with USâfacing D2C or eâcommerce brands
- Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of US social media paid ad trends
- Ability to edit and repurpose influencer/creator content
