The Marketing Artist will ideate and produce high-quality video ads and motion graphics to drive user acquisition and enhance brand presence. They will lead projects from conception to completion while collaborating with teams to analyze ad performance and optimize creative strategies.
Responsibilities
- Create high‑quality motion graphics and video edits for user acquisition, app store assets and social media
- Produce video ads that blend animated gameplay with graphic elements
- Lead projects from concept to completion, meeting quality and deadline requirements
- Support scriptwriting, storyboarding and creative ideation
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure visual alignment with brand objectives
- Analyze ad performance data to refine creative approaches
- Monitor competitor ad creatives and messaging for strategic insights
- Leverage AI‑generated art tools to streamline production
- Continuously enhance creative skills and explore new techniques for mobile game advertising
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in film, marketing, advertising, animation or related field
- 3‑5 years experience in video ad production, motion graphics and animation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with AI‑generated art tools
- Strong graphic design abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Portfolio showcasing video ads, motion graphics, animation and social media content
