The Marketing Artist will ideate and produce engaging video ads and motion graphics to promote games across various ad networks. They will lead projects from conception to completion while collaborating with the team to analyze performance metrics and optimize creative strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop high‑quality motion graphics and video edits for user acquisition campaigns, app store assets and social media
- Produce compelling video ads that integrate animated gameplay and graphic elements
- Lead projects from concept through delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards
- Assist in scriptwriting, storyboarding and creative concept development
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align visual content with brand and campaign goals
- Analyze ad performance metrics and apply insights to improve engagement
- Monitor competitors' advertising creative strategies and messaging
- Utilize AI‑generated art tools to increase efficiency and creativity of assets
- Continuously improve creative ideation and production skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in film, marketing, advertising, animation or related field
- 3‑5 years experience in video ad production, motion graphics and animation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with AI‑generated art tools
- Strong graphic design eye for aesthetics, composition and detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Portfolio showing video ads, motion graphics, animation and social media content
