Graphic Designer Junior
Retargeting Latam 🇨🇱 Santiago, Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile
Develop static and animated visual content for 360° campaigns across social media, retail media, and digital channels. Integrate generative AI tools to automate formats and enhance the quality and speed of creative production.
Responsibilities
- Develop static and animated assets for branding, social media, retail media and 360° activations
- Adapt formats for Meta, Google, TikTok, display, email marketing, landing pages and other channels
- Create visual content that drives awareness, consideration or performance goals
- Prepare print‑ready files and POP materials when needed
- Perform photo editing, retouching, photomontage and color correction
- Design and animate short videos, motion graphics and dynamic content
- Utilize creative AI tools (Firefly, Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Veo, ChatGPT, etc.) to generate ideas, automate formats and improve processes
- Generate images and videos with generative AI engines such as VEO3, NanoBanana, Kling
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and develop concepts from creative and marketing briefs
- Provide aesthetic judgment and critical thinking to elevate the team’s work standards
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Audiovisual Communication or related field
- 1‑3 years of experience in digital design or agency work
- Advanced proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects and Figma
- Experience creating visual content for digital campaigns, social media or performance marketing
- Strong ability to interpret briefs and propose strategic visual solutions
- Advanced interest or experience with generative AI tools for design and automation
- Ability to organize, work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Curiosity, proactivity and a strategic visual thinking mindset
