Senior UX Designer - Data Visualization

Lead end-to-end UX initiatives to transform business problems into user-centered solutions based on data and AI. Design and evolve dashboards and applications while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end UX initiatives for data‑driven products, from research to handoff
- Translate business problems and data insights into user‑centred design solutions
- Design and iterate dashboards and applications, ensuring clarity and actionability
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including developers, data analysts, data scientists and business stakeholders
- Facilitate discovery, ideation and co‑creation workshops with users and stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and provide design guidance across projects
- Apply AI tools to enhance discovery, mockup creation and overall design workflow
- Present design concepts, research findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- 4‑6 years of digital product design experience
- Full product lifecycle experience: research, design, prototyping, testing, handoff
- Experience with dashboard and data‑visualisation products in B2B or enterprise contexts
- Proficiency in UX research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing, insight analysis)
- Ability to create user journeys, personas, and process blueprints
- Strong UI skills: wireframes, interactive prototypes, visual design
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, Miro and Mural
- Experience applying design systems and visualization principles
- Basic knowledge of Power BI or Tableau (optional)
- Experience facilitating workshops and co‑creation sessions
- Advanced conversational English (required)
- Soft skills: clear communication, empathy, critical thinking, teamwork, adaptability, autonomy, mentorship
