The role involves designing intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for mobile and web platforms. The designer will also maintain the company's design system and collaborate with developers for seamless implementation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze laboratory workflows and create user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Design pixel‑perfect high‑fidelity UI for iOS, Android and web portals
- Maintain and expand Labquity’s design system and component library
- Prepare detailed design specifications and hand‑off files for developers
- Create clickable prototypes for usability testing, gather feedback and iterate designs
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders
Requirements
- 2–4 years professional UI/UX or product design experience, focusing on mobile applications
- Strong portfolio showing wireframes, high‑fidelity UI and design process
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto‑layout, interactive prototyping)
- Experience designing dashboards or complex data‑entry screens (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment
- Understanding of user research, usability testing and design system management (advantageous)
