Graphic Designer

The role focuses on executing design adaptations and digital templates to ensure visual consistency across product packaging and digital assets. It involves managing design workflows, governing asset libraries, and collaborating with brand teams to maintain design integrity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage design execution workflows and critical path scheduling
• Produce digital templates and graphic adaptations with precise brand intent
• Manage projects within WebCenter graphics lifecycle tool and support teams
• Maintain production KPIs such as on‑design artwork and on‑time delivery
• Govern and update the asset library ensuring compliance with brand standards
• Lead multi‑functional approval processes for graphic adaptations
• Perform quality control checks for accuracy, consistency and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with brand and design teams to produce minor graphic assets in‑house
• Drive continuous improvement through cost‑saving and process efficiency initiatives
• Track and report design delivery metrics to support data‑driven decisions

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2‑3 years experience in graphic or print production
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Strong understanding of brand architecture and design language
• Ability to assess and adapt designs across various substrates
• Minimum Munsell Test score of ‘Average Discrimination’ (Superior preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Leadership, collaboration and proactive problem‑solving skills
