Graphic Designer

Responsible for creating graphic designs for paper bags and cardboard packaging and preparing production-ready print files. The role involves managing color separation, reviewing first prints, and ensuring all samples meet technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare graphic designs and artwork for paper bags and cardboard packaging according to approved specifications
- Modify and finalize designs based on client and project manager feedback
- Create accurate, print‑ready files with correct color separations, layers and resolutions
- Prepare and review plain and printed samples for size, dimension and colour compliance
- Adjust color separation and artwork layers for Flexographic or Offset printing processes
- Review first production prints and report any colour or quality deviations
- Maintain organized archive of artwork files, samples and printing plates for future reference
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Printing Technology or related field
- 1–3 years experience in graphic design, prepress, print production or packaging
- Experience with Flexographic and/or Offset printing preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of CMYK, Pantone, Spot Colors and color management
- High attention to detail and ability to spot technical errors
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
