Lead a multidisciplinary R&D team to develop RF and LF connectivity solutions while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets. Drive technical reviews, product innovation, and global collaboration to optimize engineering processes and industrialization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary R&D team (design, test, project management)
- Drive development of RF/LF connectivity solutions while meeting quality, cost and delivery targets
- Lead technical reviews, product development and industrialization activities
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, cross‑functional teams and global R&D organizations
- Promote quality improvement, problem solving and engineering excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Physics or related field
- 5+ years of R&D leadership experience, preferably in an international environment
- Technical expertise in RF connectors or LF technologies (high‑power charging, wire & cable)
- Proficiency with CATIA or other 3D CAD design tools and product development processes
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Strong communication, customer‑orientation and problem‑solving abilities
