Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management
- Develop and maintain client relationships to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking events and referrals
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in company systems
- Guide candidates through interview preparation and offer negotiation
- Collaborate with internal teams to create effective recruitment strategies and improve processes
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Proactive attitude, resilience and customer‑focused mindset
