Graphic Designer

Create visual designs and assets for marketing campaigns, including banners and posters, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Manage production timelines and collaborate with digital marketing and content teams to refine visuals based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create visual designs that meet marketing briefs and campaign requirements
• Produce specific assets (banners, PDP images, posters, background visuals) as needed by each team
• Manage daily and weekly design production timelines according to campaign calendars
• Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms
• Maintain visual quality including composition, typography, and resolution standards
• Coordinate with digital marketing and content divisions to understand visual needs and incorporate feedback
• Organize and archive design files systematically for easy reuse and team collaboration
• Optional: Develop basic motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or CapCut and edit short video content for digital marketing

Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or related field
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro for daily production
• Portfolio showing banner or promotional content design with strong composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
• High ownership, flexibility, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross‑divisional teams
• Ability to handle multiple design requests and tight deadlines
