The Product Designer will diagnose customer needs and develop design solutions to improve the experience for merchants and consumers. This includes conducting research, creating low and high-fidelity prototypes using the Nimbus design system, and collaborating with product and tech teams to iterate on features.
Responsibilities
- Develop design solutions that drive client success
- Plan and conduct research to understand real customer needs
- Design simple, impactful flows and features from concept to final interface using the Nimbus design system
- Collaborate closely with other Product Designers, ensuring consistency across user touchpoints
- Improve existing product features through metric analysis, user interviews, and feedback
- Generate cohesive experiences across multiple products and tools
Requirements
- Proven experience designing high‑impact digital products
- Strong critical thinking for simple to complex solutions
- Experience in strategic planning with product, technology, and business teams
- UX design skills: discovery, user interviews, testing, flow documentation, usability metrics
- UI design skills: low‑ and high‑fidelity prototyping, Figma with design system components
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT
