Senior Product Designer

The role involves curating and scaling the design language through the maintenance of component libraries and design tokens. Additionally, the designer will own the end-to-end UX for primary banking workflows and collaborate with engineering and product managers.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and evolve component library and design tokens
- Partner with engineering to ensure components are built to spec
- Establish usage guidelines, accessibility standards, and contribution processes
- Audit existing product surfaces for inconsistencies and lead consolidation
- Own endâtoâend UX for a primary banking workflow
- Partner with product managers to align features with user needs and business goals
- Collaborate with product designers to give feedback on inâapp design iteration
Requirements
- 6+ years in product design
- 2+ years focused on design systems
- Strong proficiency in Figma (variables, component architecture, autoâlayout)
- Experience with design token pipelines (Style Dictionary, Token Studio)
- Familiarity with native mobile design (iOS Swift UI, Android Jetpack Compose)
- Knowledge of AI best practices in design system maintenance
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Excellent crossâfunctional communication and documentation skills
