Product Designer

The Product Designer will create high-fidelity mocks and user flows for new features while building out the company's design system. They will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into actionable design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Hand off designs to engineering within the first week
- Understand customer problems and feedback
- Collaborate with product and engineering throughout projects (no waterfall)
- Navigate problem and solution space with cofounders, PMs, and peers
- Communicate differing opinions and facilitate constructive decisions
- Think through broad user flows for new features
- Generate high‑fidelity mocks and consider UI/UX
- Build up the design system with engineering partners
- Validate design choices with analytics
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience
- Willing to relocate to or already located in San Francisco and work onsite
- Highly organized, hard‑working, and fast
- Interest in tinkering with the product and suggesting improvements
