You will own the end-to-end design of the Workbench platform, managing everything from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and design system evolution. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and operations researchers to translate complex logistics problems into intuitive, production-ready interfaces.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in digital product design, with at least 3 years focused on complex enterprise or technical web products. A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design judgment, advanced Figma proficiency, and experience with data-dense interfaces is required.
