Design high-conversion digital experiences and flows for the Growth/Acquisition team, integrating visual excellence with data analysis. Conduct discovery processes and utilize AI tools to accelerate prototyping and validate strategic hypotheses.
Responsibilities
- Design cutting‑edge digital experiences and high‑conversion flows with pixel‑perfect visual quality.
- Create complete UI components, anticipate multiple states, and evolve the Design System.
- Leverage AI to speed prototype generation and validate hypotheses quickly.
- Lead discovery processes, analyze real metrics, map opportunities, and guide strategic decisions.
- Optimize landing pages and acquisition funnels through A/B testing in partnership with Growth teams.
- Document and present design decisions with solid justification, fostering critical reviews.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Proven track record as a Senior Product Designer with a portfolio of digital products.
- Advanced visual design skills and mastery of Figma.
- Active use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, MCP) in the design workflow.
- Strong analytical ability and experience conducting discovery and translating data into design solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with growth strategies, conversion optimization, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with engineering and stakeholder advocacy.
