- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team in the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing equipment and automation solutions. Manage capital projects from concept to commissioning while establishing engineering standards and mentoring technical talent.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 6-10 years of progressive experience, including at least 5 years of leadership. Must have deep expertise in CAD, industrial robotics, and lean methodologies within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
