The Senior Design Manager will direct design strategy, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and hold sign-off authority for hyperscale data center projects. They are responsible for ensuring technical compliance, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing BIM workflows and project schedules.

Requirements
- Candidates must possess a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management with over 10 years of senior-level experience in complex infrastructure. A proven track record in hyperscale data center builds and deep technical knowledge of MEP resilience and EU statutory planning regimes are required.
