The Senior Design Manager will lead the design delivery of water sector work packages, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality and regulatory standards. They are responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project controls, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
- Candidates must hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Water Engineering, or a related discipline and possess demonstrable experience in the regulated water sector. Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership is required, along with strong leadership, commercial awareness, and proficiency in project management tools.
