Product Designer (H/F)

The Product Designer will lead the redesign and optimization of software solutions to improve user experience. Key tasks include gathering client needs, creating UX/UI mockups, and collaborating with developers to implement features.
Responsibilities
- Collect user requirements through workshops and direct client interactions
- Design user journeys and propose UX improvements
- Create UX/UI mockups based on functional specifications and workshop ideas
- Collaborate with developers to validate mockups and support feature development
- Facilitate internal and external workshops with marketing, sales, project, development, and client teams
- Write functional documents (specifications, summaries) to validate needs with stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
- Proficiency with Adobe XD, Figma or equivalent design tools
- Strong skills in wireframing, mobileâfirst and responsive design, and user testing
- Excellent communication, analytical, and creative abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
