Product Designer - F/H/NB

Design high-impact retail experiences by conducting user research, interviews, and usability tests to inform product decisions. Create end-to-end design deliverables including wireframes and Figma prototypes while collaborating with Product Managers and R&D teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, workshops and usability tests to uncover needs
- Design user journeys, wireframes, highâfidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Analyze field feedback, analytics data and research results to turn insights into concrete actions
- Challenge product assumptions and work closely with product managers, owners and R&D
- Explore and apply generative AI tools to accelerate research, analysis and prototyping
- Contribute to the evolution of design practices within the retail product portfolio
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX research and product design
- Strong knowledge of user research methods, interview facilitation and usability testing
- Ability to design endâtoâend product experiences from discovery to delivery
- Proficiency with Figma for wireframes, mockups and prototypes
- Collaborative mindset with product managers, owners and R&D teams
- Curiosity about generative AI applications in design
