Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will define and maintain the group's visual identity while overseeing creative projects across digital and print channels. They will also manage the design team, coordinate with external suppliers, and collaborate with leadership to align visual output with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Define and protect the visual identity of the group, creating concepts for campaigns, events and new brands
- Design complex multichannel assets for digital (social, web, newsletters) and print (catalogs, packaging, advertising materials)
- Approve final print files and coordinate with external suppliers, print shops and agencies
- Assign tasks, supervise junior designers and freelancers, and ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborate with management to translate business goals into high‑impact visual projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field
- 4‑5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in agencies or large corporations
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong knowledge of Figma and/or Canva
- Deep understanding of print production, pre‑press and colour management
- Experience designing layouts for web and digital channels
- Leadership, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem‑solving attitude
