The Graphic Designer develops compelling visual materials for recruitment, branding, and community engagement across print and digital channels. Responsibilities include producing marketing collateral, maintaining brand standards, and coordinating with external vendors for production.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce print and digital marketing materials
  • Maintain visual design excellence across publications and communications
  • Support brand consistency across collateral, signage, merchandise, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate with vendors and printers on production specifications and file preparation
  • Organize and maintain digital content archives
  • Create and manage QR codes and trackable links
  • Manage assigned projects and timelines
  • Support continuous improvement and implementation of brand standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues on strategic communications initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong visual communication skills and attention to detail
  • Creativity and sound design judgment
  • Ability to translate institutional goals into visual solutions
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience preparing production‑ready files for print and digital
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with vendors
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum three years of professional design experience
