Design Manager | Settore Farmaceutico

Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering disciplines to ensure alignment between project activities, deliverables, and scheduling. Manage technical documentation and act as the primary liaison between Engineering, Procurement, Subcontracting, and Estimation teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary design disciplines, monitor progress, deadlines and deliverable completion
• Prepare technical project documentation including P&ID, Line List, Equipment List and related drawings
• Create material procurement and construction requests for mechanical and piping activities, collaborating with Procurement and Subcontracting
• Organise and participate in multidisciplinary meetings, produce notes and follow‑up actions to ensure project timelines are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Energy, Production or Thermomechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Design Manager, Project Engineer or similar role in an engineering or production company, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
• Knowledge of multidisciplinary design processes and technical project documentation (P&ID, Line List, Equipment List)
• Excellent Italian and English language skills
• Willingness to travel and work with multidisciplinary teams
