Design Manager

Coordinate multidisciplinary design activities for a Data Center project, ensuring alignment of engineering deliverables and timelines. Manage technical documentation such as P&IDs and equipment lists while interfacing with procurement and subcontracting teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design activities and monitor progress, deadlines and deliverables
- Manage preparation of key project documents such as P&ID, Line List, Equipment List
- Prepare material procurement and construction requests interfacing with Procurement and Subcontracting
- Organise and attend multidisciplinary meetings, handling notes, follow‑up and coordination
- Report to Project Manager and ensure alignment of engineering disciplines
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Energy, Production, Thermomechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 4‑5 years experience as Design Manager, Project Engineer or similar in engineering firms
- Experience in Data Center projects is a plus
- Fluent Italian and English
- Willingness to travel; site experience is a plus
Benefits

- Salary up to 52,000 EUR based on experience
