Lead UX Designer / Designerka

Lead and coordinate the design process for complex digital products while collaborating with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders. You will also be responsible for creating prototypes, conducting user research, and mentoring other designers within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate design processes for complex digital products
- Design solutions that meet user needs and business goals
- Collaborate with Product Owners, business analysts, and development teams
- Create mockups, prototypes and user experience concepts
- Plan and support UX research, leveraging data for decision‑making
- Develop and maintain design standards and Design System
- Facilitate design workshops and discovery sessions
- Act as UX expert and mentor for other designers
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years experience designing digital products
- Experience leading large‑scale, complex projects
- Strong knowledge of Design Thinking and Double Diamond methodologies
- Ability to make design decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data
- Understanding of digital accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Proficiency with Figma, FigJam/Miro and collaborative design tools
- Effective communication of design solutions at all organization levels
- Experience working with product and technology teams
- Preferred experience in the financial or banking sector
