The UX Designer will lead the identification of user needs and design end-to-end digital journeys, prototypes, and interfaces. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate solutions through usability testing and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Gather user needs and identify improvement opportunities
- Design and optimize end‑to‑end digital journeys and flows
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes and digital interfaces
- Conduct research, benchmarks and usability testing with users
- Analyze data and insights to detect friction and opportunities
- Maintain and evolve the Design System and component library
- Validate and adjust solutions based on user feedback
- Collaborate with Product Owners, business teams, developers and QA
- Support implementation to ensure proper application of designs and UX standards
- Contribute to the development of UX guidelines and best practices
Requirements
- Professional degree in Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, IT or related field
- 3+ years experience as UX Designer, Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or similar
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (required)
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI, prototyping and interface design
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Preferred experience in banking, fintech, insurance, startups, technology or telecom
- Preferred knowledge of Maze, Google Analytics/GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Clarity or other digital analytics tools
- Portfolio of UX/Product Design projects
