Medior UX Designer
Bikkelhart (part Of Conclusion) 🌍 Remote
Translate complex products and services into successful designs, intuitive interfaces, and high-converting funnels for Dutch brands. Conduct user research and map customer journeys while collaborating with cross-functional teams from concept to development.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex products and services into successful designs for Dutch brands
- Design and prototype intuitive interfaces, high‑conversion funnels and user‑friendly applications
- Conduct user research including interviews and usability tests
- Map, analyse and improve customer journeys
- Apply behavioural models such as Cialdini, B.J. Fogg and MBTI to designs
- Work on complete projects from research and concept through detailed execution and hand‑off to development
- Collaborate closely with client teams for extended periods to understand organization, users and context
- Build long‑term relationships with clients and partner agencies
- Inspire and provide feedback to fellow designers
- Collaborate with growth, marketing automation specialists, copywriters and front‑end developers
Requirements
- 3‑5 years of relevant work experience, preferably at an agency
- Relevant HBO or WO degree such as CMD or IO
- Extensive experience with Figma, including design systems and variables
- Proficiency with the Adobe Suite
- Experience creating high‑fidelity wireframes and responsive/adaptive designs
- Experience with UI design and maintaining design systems
- Experience with UX research methods such as usability testing and card sorting
- Knowledge of digital accessibility standards
- Fluent in Dutch and excellent command of English
