- Lead the MEP design process from pre-construction through to delivery for complex projects valued between £5 million and £50 million. Shape technical strategies, manage consultants, and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Requires proven experience leading MEP design on complex construction projects and a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering. Candidates should be Chartered or Incorporated with CIBSE, IET, or IMechE, or be working towards these certifications.
