The role involves implementing the communication plan and managing the external image of the Consortium through graphic design and social media management. Responsibilities include creating promotional materials, editing video/photo content, and providing logistical support for local events.
Responsibilities
- Support management of documentation and media assets (video, photo, paper)
- Create graphic layouts and newsletters in three languages
- Produce promotional material such as brochures, flyers, posters and banners
- Edit, montage and archive video‑photo documentation, ensuring privacy compliance
- Manage social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) and update consortium websites
- Coordinate event logistics, including material handling and set‑up
- Monitor statistics and implement corrective actions for communication initiatives
Requirements
- Experience with graphic and web‑design applications (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing)
- Knowledge of copyright, advertising, industrial property, data protection and privacy regulations
- Understanding of creative visual communication techniques and coordinated image strategy
- Multilingual ability (English, French, German) is a plus
- Own a car
