The consultant will work on client assignments or internal projects, focusing on UX design for web-based business systems. Responsibilities include conducting usability tests and ensuring digital accessibility compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability tests to validate designs
- Create accessible user interfaces meeting WCAGâŻ2.1 AA standards
- Produce design specifications and documentation in Swedish and English
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility
- Optionally support service development for public sector clients and produce decisionâsupport reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UX design experience for webâbased business systems
- Handsâon experience with usability testing involving real end users
- Practical knowledge of WCAGâŻ2.1 AA accessibility requirements and Swedish accessibility law
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
