Design Manager (F/M/D)

The role involves the comprehensive coordination of design processes and collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure high-quality luxury investments. Key duties include verifying technical documentation, managing RFI/DAR flows, and overseeing the selection of materials and fit-out processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate design teams and collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Review project documentation for completeness, quality, and client compliance
- Oversee construction and specialist works, ensuring standards
- Manage project documentation flow (DAR, RFI), registers and feedback distribution
- Prepare and deliver documentation to contractors and archive legal documents
- Organise and lead project meetings, produce minutes and track decisions
- Liaise with authorities for permits and approvals
- Support tender preparation, orders and contracts
- Assist Project and Cost Managers in offer analysis and change orders
- Coordinate FIT‑OUT contractors and participate in tender processes
Requirements
- University degree in Architecture, Construction or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience as Design Manager or similar
- Experience managing complex investment projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project
- English at B2/C1 level
- Willingness to travel and work abroad
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
- Construction licensing preferred
- Additional language skills (Italian or French) a plus
