The Senior Product Designer will lead the creation of innovative product experiences, focusing on the design of key screens and the development of the company's design system. They will also ensure global visual and interactional coherence while integrating AI-native patterns into the product stack.
Responsibilities
- Design key screens such as onboarding, AIânative paradigms, and signature experiences
- Innovate userâexperience patterns and redefine standards when needed
- Define and evangelise visual and interaction principles for the product
- Build and maintain the Design System (tokens, components, patterns, motion, accessibility) in Figma and Storybook
- Document components with usage guidelines, dos and donâts, and antiâpatterns
- Train Product Strategists and Engineers on Design System usage
- Run adoption rituals like screen reviews, Q&A sessions, and releases
- Encode the Design System for AI agents (machineâreadable tokens, guidelines, prompts)
- Ensure 90âŻ% of screens can be generated by AI agents without manual rework
- Collaborate closely with AI Product Ops on integration of the Design System
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate component production and documentation
- Critically evaluate AIâgenerated screens and approve or refine them
- Bridge brand and product visual language across channels
Requirements
- Minimum 4â5 years of Product Design experience
- Proven track record of creating impactful user experiences
- Experience building and scaling a Design System
- Proficiency in Figma and Storybook
- Technical fluency with frontâend concepts
- Strong visual and interaction craft
- Understanding of AIâconsumable design assets
- Professional level English
