Responsibilities
- Design user‑centered interfaces for banking applications across web and mobile
- Apply accessibility standards to ensure inclusive experiences
- Collaborate with product, engineering and research teams to translate requirements into high‑quality designs
- Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Strong UX/UI experience in digital environments
- Proficiency with Figma and design methodologies
- Knowledge of digital accessibility criteria (WCAG)
- Experience redesigning institutional or public portals
- Banking sector experience is required
- Intermediate to advanced English
