Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable software solutions for the Hackajob platform
- Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to define technical requirements and deliver highâquality features
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues and optimize performance
- Stay current with industry trends and apply best practices to development processes
- Improve development workflows, documentation and testing procedures
- Participate in team meetings and provide technical guidance when needed
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of fullâstack development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python or Java
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js or Django
- Strong understanding of databases, RESTful APIs and cloud services (AWS or Azure)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
