POD DESIGNER / GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Online)

Create and optimize Print-on-Demand designs for the US and European markets across platforms like Etsy, Amazon, and Shopify. Develop both new and scaled designs for various products while ensuring technical standards for DTG and UV printing.
Responsibilities
- Design POD products following European‑American market trends, ensuring eye‑catching and professional visuals
- Create layouts, colour schemes and typography based on visual perception principles
- Develop Clone/Scale designs by adapting existing templates and New Designs from scratch for specific niches
- Prepare print‑ready files for DTG, UV printing and other technical requirements
- Organise design files systematically to maintain quality and timeliness
- Use AI tools to generate mockup ads and support rapid iteration
- Collaborate with the Idea & Upload team to refine designs based on feedback
Requirements
- Currently studying or graduated in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Communication or related fields
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Illustrator is a plus
- Understanding of visual principles, layout, colour and typography
- Ability to meet deadlines and work responsibly
- Professional attitude and careful file delivery
