Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer transformation and service design engagements by facilitating workshops and translating research into executive-ready outputs. Manage multiple workstreams and junior team members while partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver human-centred outcomes.
Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of experience in CX, UX/UI, or service design with a proven track record of applying design thinking to complex business problems. Strong consulting instincts, commercial awareness, and proficiency in design tools like Figma or Miro are highly valued.
