Design and evolve AI-driven product experiences by defining interaction patterns and system behaviors. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to map user flows, build functional prototypes, and maintain the global design system.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve AI‑driven product experiences, establishing interaction patterns and system behavior guidelines
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to define problems, map user flows, prototype solutions and launch new features
- Contribute to the platform and design system architecture, ensuring global brand consistency
- Develop functional prototypes and experiment with AI‑assisted design and coding tools
- Provide strategic and critical insight to solve complex problems and clarify ambiguous contexts
- Participate in design system and brand evolution across multiple usage contexts
Requirements
- 4‑5 years of Product Design experience, preferably from 0‑to‑1 or major redesigns
- High level visual and interaction design skills
- Experience with design systems for complex, scalable products
- Strong communication, storytelling and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted design and rapid prototyping tools
- Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, dynamic environments
- Advanced English (required for global collaboration)
