Develop high-fidelity interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes while conducting user research and usability tests. Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to maintain design systems and optimize user navigation flows.
Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity interfaces
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product, development and stakeholder teams
- Ensure designs follow best practices for accessibility and usability
- Create and maintain design systems and style guides
- Define navigation flows and interactions to improve user experience
- Analyze usage metrics and feedback for continuous improvement
- Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Requirements
- Solid experience designing interfaces and user experiences
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile‑first design
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to analyze UX metrics and iterate based on data
- Excellent communication and teamwork
