The Graphic Designer creates a variety of marketing materials across multiple media platforms to promote MSCR programs. They will work with the operations and marketing team to align promotional efforts with overall brand goals.
Responsibilities
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, postcards, posters, advertisements, banners, website graphics, social media assets, and presentations
- Collaborate with the Operations/Marketing team to align designs with brand goals
- Maintain consistency across all visual communications
- Prepare files for print production and ensure quality standards
- Support photography and video editing needs when required
- Manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design principles and creative problem‑solving
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of print processes and production standards
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to various MSCR sites
