UX Researcher | Automotive | Italian & English Fluent

Design end-to-end user experiences for automotive HMI and infotainment systems using Figma. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user research, usability tests, and define design system patterns.
Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end user experiences for automotive HMI/infotainment systems
- Translate business requirements and technical constraints into wireframes, flows, mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Collaborate with UI designers, developers, product owners and business stakeholders to refine UX solutions
- Conduct or support user research, benchmarking and usability testing to gather insights
- Document UX guidelines and contribute to the creation of design systems and pattern libraries
- Manage personal backlog and ensure project milestones are met
- Participate in workshops and client reviews, presenting concepts with an international standard
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Design, Engineering or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of UX design experience in the automotive sector
- Excellent knowledge of Figma and core UX design methods (user flows, wireframes, prototyping, usability testing)
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to a dynamic, international environment
