Requirements
- Candidates must have proven experience as a Design Manager or Senior Designer in commercial fit-out with proficiency in BIM tools like Revit and AutoCAD. Strong knowledge of sustainability standards (BREEAM, WELL, LEED) and statutory building regulations is required.
