Graphic Designer

Develop branding, key visuals, and visual identity systems for luxury real estate projects. Design a wide range of marketing materials including catalogues, brochures, and outdoor advertising (OOH) from concept to production.
Responsibilities
- Develop branding, key visual concepts and comprehensive visual identity systems for real‑estate projects
- Design catalogues, brochures, sales kits, company profiles and other business‑support materials
- Create OOH advertising assets such as billboards, pano, hoarding, lightbox and backdrop formats
- Produce visual assets for real‑estate, lifestyle and luxury campaigns
- Execute layout, image treatment and collaborate with marketing to deploy multi‑platform communications
- Maintain design quality throughout the process from concept through artwork to production
Requirements
- University degree in Fine Arts, Architecture, Graphic Design, Industrial Art or related field
- Strong foundation in layout, typography, color theory and visual thinking
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Experience creating branding, catalogues, brochures and OOH advertising materials
- Modern, refined aesthetic suitable for premium/luxury real‑estate markets
- Understanding of printing processes, materials and production
- Preferably experience in real‑estate, branding or luxury sectors
