The Senior UX Designer will create web and mobile user journeys, from user flows to interactive prototypes, for a major banking client. They will conduct user research, facilitate design sprints, and collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to ensure UX consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design endâtoâend web and mobile user journeys from user flow to interactive prototype
- Create wireframes and define interaction logic and dynamic behaviors
- Conduct user research activities such as interviews and usability tests
- Facilitate design workshops and sprints with product teams
- Perform UX benchmarks, audits and analyze analytics data
- Collaborate daily with PO, BA, developers, UI designers and UX writers
- Ensure alignment with the Lead UX Designerâs vision and maintain guideline compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional UX design experience
- Expert proficiency with Figma and FigJam
- Experience conducting user interviews, tests and analytics analysis
- Strong ability to produce user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Comfort working in agile/product environments and collaborating with developers
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established guidelines
- Experience with mobile applications and/or fintech is a plus
