You will design web and mobile user journeys, from userflows to interactive prototypes, while facilitating design sprints and workshops. You will also collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and UI designers to ensure consistent and high-quality user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design endâtoâend user journeys for web and mobile applications
- Develop wireframes, interaction specifications, and highâfidelity prototypes in Figma
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to gather insights
- Facilitate design sprints and workshops with product and development teams
- Perform UX audits, benchmarks, and analyze analytics data
- Ensure consistency with established UX guidelines and brand standards
- Collaborate daily with PO, BA, developers, UI Designers, and UX Writers in an agile environment
- Maintain design documentation and handâoff assets for implementation
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience as a UX Designer
- Strong mastery of Figma and FigJam for design and prototyping
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Proficiency with UX research tools such as Lookback or Optimal Workshop
- Excellent communication and collaboration within agile product teams
- Experience designing for web and mobile, preferably in banking or fintech
