Lead the visual direction and strategic vision for user experiences while maintaining design systems and style guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce wireframes, prototypes, and developer specifications based on user research and business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Create and set visual direction for product rollâouts
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
- Advocate for userâcentered design with clients
- Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Work on complex strategic projects and participate in planning and scoping
- Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI mockups and developer specifications
- Conduct user research and evaluate feedback
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to ensure feasible designs
- Create and add Figma components to existing design systems
- Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards
- Maintain design consistency across platforms
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio
- Ability to mentor and guide other UI designers
- Deep knowledge of advanced Figma concepts and design systems
- Understanding of Apple HIG, Google Material, WCAG accessibility and web design best practices
- Strong communication and client presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and ask the right questions
