You will be responsible for designing digital services and new features from ideation to production, balancing user needs, business goals, and data insights. You will also facilitate workshops, conduct user research, and maintain design systems to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Design digital services for web and mobile from concept to production
- Define and improve user experience together with product owners and development teams
- Translate customer insights, business goals and data into valuable solutions
- Create high‑quality, accessible and visually compelling interfaces across the customer journey
- Facilitate workshops and guide design processes with multiple stakeholders
- Conduct user research, usability testing and other validation methods
- Develop and maintain a design system for consistent experiences across channels
- Use analytics, A/B testing and CRO to continuously improve conversion and experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer in commercial digital services
- Strong visual design skills and understanding of usability, accessibility and CX
- Excellent written and spoken communication in Finnish (native) and English
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing and applying insights to decisions
- Experience with design systems development and maintenance
- Ability to lead design discussions and align stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRO, analytics and experimentation is a plus
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Rive or Maze
