Senior Product Designer UX&UI (m/w/d)
Sidekick Health Germany Gmbh đ Remote
You will lead user research and product discovery to translate insights into intuitive end-to-end experiences for digital health products. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and clinical teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and user-centered design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead user research with patients, clinicians and stakeholders; identify and prioritize user problems
- Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into product opportunities and validate concepts through interviews, prototypes and usability tests
- Design endâtoâend web and mobile experiences from user flows and wireframes to highâfidelity interfaces
- Apply usabilityâengineering principles and ensure compliance with medicalâdevice regulations, accessibility and patient safety
- Develop and maintain the design system to ensure consistency across products and platforms
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, clinical and regulatory teams, influencing decisions with design perspective
- Facilitate workshops, mentor other designers and evolve design processes and ways of working
Requirements
- Several years of experience designing complex digital products from discovery to delivery
- Excellent UX, interaction and visual design skills with a handsâon seniorâlevel approach
- Strong product thinking and strategic understanding
- Experience planning and conducting user research and translating insights into product direction
- Evidenceâbased decision making using research and data to improve usability and outcomes
- Crossâfunctional collaboration and strong communication and stakeholderâmanagement skills
- Ability to work with ambiguity and balance user, business and regulatory requirements
- Fluent German and English (C1 level) required
- Very good proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
