Product Designer

Design dense, real-time operational interfaces for logistics dispatchers and managers, focusing on agentic AI-native workflows. Collaborate closely with engineering and sales teams to discover customer needs and rapidly iterate from concept to working software.

Responsibilities

• Discover and validate customer needs through interviews, feedback analysis, and synthesis
• Design dense, operational web UI components such as dispatch workspaces, routing, and real‑time data visualizations
• Create concepts and prototypes rapidly in Figma or code, leveraging AI tools
• Prepare and run client‑facing demos, presenting and defending design decisions
• Contribute to and evolve the design system (components, tokens, variables)
• Drive AI‑first workflow experiences for logistics operators
• Work embedded with engineering teams, refining scope, resolving feasibility trade‑offs, and ensuring high‑quality implementation

Requirements

• 7+ years of product/UX design experience with shipped complex products
• Proven B2B experience designing data‑dense, operational workflows
• Strong discovery skills – rapid user interviews, synthesis, and research‑driven decisions
• Component‑based thinking (atomic design, design tokens, theming)
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers and read design token files
• Daily use of LLMs and AI prototyping tools (Claude, Cursor, v0, Figma Make)
• Excellent English communication and client‑facing presentation skills
• Bias for fast iteration and rapid prototyping
